Values & Visions

We enjoy working in software development and see ourselves as experts, as we’ve been able to gain lots of experience since the advent of e-commerce in the nineties. We are a strong team and value the contribution of every single person, and respect their work.

Our hierarchies are flat, we value individual responsibility and commitment very highly. Everyone can bring their knowledge and skills to the table when required. Open and constructive communication in the team and with our clients is really important to us. We do the best we possibly can to make sure our employees feel at home, and that our clients are happy.

Advantages

At Experts in Motion, we have space to think and work. Our working hours are flexible, whether we are working in our office in the city centre surrounded by countryside, in Stuttgart, or in our home offices. Our workstations have modern equipment, and there are free drinks, coffee, fruit and sweets.

Outside of working together on projects, we are connected, and also very sociable. We regular put on team events or organise entertaining game nights. We attend events together and also enjoy playing sport together after work is over for the day.
